“Delivering connectivity for users thorough smart devices is one of our core objectives for 2011,” said Herman He, CEO Huawei Kenya.

“The S7 Tablet is designed to do exactly that, provide smart and efficient connectivity to deliver a simple and premium end user experience.”

The S7 Tablet also has a SIM card slot and Micro SD slot. A 2MP camera might not be too smooth but it has Bluetooth, a 3.5mm stereo audio jack and gravity and light sensors.

The tablet is produced by Huawei Device, one of Huawei Technologies Company Limited’s four business units.

Huawei Device serves 48 of the world’s top 50 telecom operators, and Safaricom as well. They deal with mobile phones, mobile broadband, convergence terminals, Fixed network CPE and video products.
