Sleep healthy naked

Well, nobody will but if you are certain, lock the room!

Some of these issues come down to personal preferences but some advice always helps.

Not only is sleeping naked more comfortable, but it’s good for your health too. Increasing your level of comfort makes it easier for you to relax and sleep, so you get a better night’s kip. The resulting deeper, longer sleep makes it easier for your body to regenerate and repair itself, and build up your energy for the day ahead.
Your vagina is covered the whole day, sleeping naked will help aeration or what other people like to call ‘breathing’.

Sleeping in bras and thongs is a No No! if you are pregnant, a good nap naked will rejuvenate you. Jus make sure you clean your sheets frequently than normal if you chose to sleep this way.
