March 4, 2011 – Jamaican Cecile ‘Badgyal’ has used her visit to Nairobi to release the remix of a single she did with Kenyan dancehall household Wyre.

Officially, Capital Lifestyle thinks the remix of the popular track ‘She Say Dat’ is popping!

Cecile, who is in the country for a joint concert with compatriot Christopher Martin, promises to give one hot performance as this is her first time in Africa. Asked how she finds Kenya  so far at a media press conference held today, she said “I love it here already, and I’ve seen so many black men…”

The petite songstress says that she writes songs that women can relate to and that when it comes to music she is a schizo. Her songs imply that she is a bad girl but she really is a good girl.

Wyre will curtain raise at the Cecile and Chris Martin concert, which kicks off at the Carnivore Grounds at about 8.30pm. While Cecile’s fellow Jamaican (Chris) promises to perform all his hot tracks and says that fans should expect an energetic performance with the latest dance moves from an energetic performer. Dmajor also promises to bring it.

Tickets will retail at Sh3,000 for VIP seating and Sh1,000 for the plenary.
