Kenyans are so eager to give up their sovereignty-especially those who never fought for independence.  Sure these are crimes and victims need justice.   Does it have to come from the west?  You want the ICC to decide all your other cases too?  Then ask Willy to give up his job and go home.  Like the dissenting judge says, grow up Kenya and try your own cases at home!!  These cases are the ICC because of the failed leadership that could not establish local tribunals.  The word impugnity is a good scapegoat for failed leadership.  There is impugnity everywhere in the world.  The question is whether the country can mature to a point of resolving its disputes regardless of the magnitude of the crime or offense.

wakili is right– the reason no one has been tried is because of failed leadership.  So our leaders are also to blame for making us a banana republic that cannot try criminals in its court system.
