January 14, 2011 – The new alcohol law which has slowly been nicknamed the Mututho law has impressed different feelings on Kenyans.

With restrictions that have left citizens with only six hours of drinking, many young people in the city feel pushed to the wall.

A percentage of youth have however reported a decrease in alcohol intake and an increase in concentration on life goals.

So while you lament on the bill’s unfairness, someone else may be smiling and enjoying its fruits.
