August 19, 2010 – The Kenyan influence seems to be growing on Big Brother All Stars, with Liz Ogumbo all set to perform during the eviction show this weekend.

Liz ‘Loye’ Ogumbo is a Kenyan musician/model and fashion designer based in South Africa who recently released her debut album in Johannesburg.

Last weekend, Capital Fm’s Deejay Joe rocked, playing jams for BB All Stars in an experience he describes as his ‘most challenging yet’.

He was ranked with South Africa’s DJ Waxxy by organisers.

“I was told I did a fantastic job. I think my edge was that as opposed to the usual house and techno that is played in the House, I played hip-hop, raga and RnB songs.”

Joe says he was chaffed by the response, with emphatic dancing and screen kissing by the Big Brother stars.

“Channel O have expressed interest in inviting me back,” he says, excited, adding that the level of professionalism used to conduct the show was very possible here in Kenya as well.

“Kenyans can do it. We just need to stop being so lazy,” he says.

Meanwhile, Munya, Meryl and Yacob are up for eviction, who will you give your vote to?
