WATCH: A Sneak Peek At The Hottest Shows To Hit The Screen July

The first week of the month of July is almost done, but as we approach the weekend full speed ahead, it’s time to kick back and indulge in some quality television productions.

 

Here is a list of the most exciting shows out this July.

 

1. Game of Thrones

The war between the North and the South sees the House Targaryen, House Lannister and the House Starks, face off in the ultimate showdown. Season 7 is set to see the onset of winter in line with the theme “Winter Is Here.” With the nightwalkers getting closer still, the trailers have audiences questioning if the battle will be among the royal houses or if they will unite to fight off the white walkers at the Wall. The show begins on the 16th of July 2017 with fans anticipating an epic season.

 

 

2.Insecure

Produced and written by Youtube talent Issa Rae, the show is a manifestation of the life of an African American millennial dealing with the pressures of adulting. Juggling her job, failed relationship and diverse group of friends Issa deals with life head on and finds the light at the end of the tunnel. The second season features the same interesting cast including Issa Rae, Yvonne Orji and Jay Ellis who deliver big laughs and are sure to put the audience on a rollercoaster ride of emotions. 3. Power

Known for its interesting dynamics and almost true-to-life storyline, Power produced by 50 Cent is now in its 4th Season. James “Ghost” St. Patrick played by Omari Hardwick is put in prison and without him to control the drug ring, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson who plays “Kanan” and  Thomas Patrick “Tommy” Egan played by Joseph Sikora all seek control of his lucrative business. Turf wars, deceit and manipulation ring true throughout the show as Federal agents investigate and work to bust the powerful drug ring. This show is definately worth watching.
