He has been called many names. He rose from the humble background of Mathari to be where he currently is. Willy Paul and him were even excluded from the Groove awards ceremony in 2016 for what the judges termed as them ‘not being gospel enough.’
Well, one thing you can’t take away from the young man is his mastery of Public Relations; at least according to his fellow gospel artists.
He has been accused of pulling a major publicity stunt just before he releases any new song.
He at one time announced that he was quitting music only for him to come back with a new song titled ‘Itakuwa Sawa.’
There was this time when he accused Willy Paul of stealing his songs and frustrating his music. The accusations trended and a few weeks later, he released a new song.
And now he has penned down an emotional apology which has been making rounds on social media. Guess what, the apology was written just two days before he revealed that he had done a collaboration with Jemimah Thiong’o.
Could this be a well-calculated publicity stunt?
