Victoria Kimani Schools Fan With Feisty Clap Back On Twitter

Victoria Kimani, known for a string of hits, continues to grow her name on the continent and seemingly has no time for Twitter Trolls.

A singer-songwriter in her own right, Kimani has had hit tracks including “M-Toto,” “Do What You Do” featuring Banky W among many others. Recently releasing her orient-inspired track “China Love” featuring R. City, it seemed Victoria’s excitement was dampened by a fan.

After an article published on Capital Campus, a fan took to Twitter to comment on the new release. According to the tweets, the fan called out Kimani for her sound that is more reminiscent of Nigeria afrobeats rather than the Kenyan sound. The Twitter exchange saw Kimani express her views on the matter as she did not take too kindly to the uneducated views of the Tweep. Kimani swiftly corrected @Ogada_Oti with a clapback that quickly ended the conversation. The award-winning artist went on to block the Twitter user.
