KUTV

Kenyatta University Vice Chancellors Prof Olive Mugenda and the Chancellor Dr. Benson Wairegi on Saturday launched KUTV. The TV station is now available on free to air set-boxes including GOTV channel 840, BambaTV channel 11 and Digital TV channel 213.

Prof. Mugenda said KUTV will air 70 percent local content with emphasis on educational programmes.

“This channel is student oriented and will add value to the society,” said the VC.

The station, which has been launched to coincide with KU @ 30 celebrations, will partner with Germany’s Deutsche Welle TV to broadcast informative and relevant content.
