Kanye West support for US president Donald Trump has hit a new high following the release of his new song amidst days of raising controversy over his strange tweets backing  President Trump.

West’s new song dubbed “Ye Vs the People” was posted online a few hours after he dropped his new track ‘Lift Yourself’, which featured Atlanta-based Grammy-winning rapper T.I who is not a Trump fan and well known for his outspoken critic of police brutality.

Kanye had earlier tweeted a picture of him wearing a Trump campaign hat with the famous slogan ‘Make America Great again’, it was then backed with a couple of tweets praising the US President, “you don’t have to agree with trump but the mob can’t make me not love him. We are both dragon energy. He is my brother. I love everyone. I don’t agree with everything anyone does. That’s what makes us individuals. And we have the right to independent thought.” President Trump later retweeted it with a caption “Thank you Kanye, very cool.”

“I know Obama was heaven-sent, but ever since Trump won, it proved that I could be President”, wrote Kanye in a line, “Make America Great Again had a negative reception, I took it, wore it, rocked it, gave it a new direction, added empathy, care, love and affection, and Y’all simply questioning my methods.”, he added in another. T.I then picks the mic and hit the nail on the head again, “See that’s the problem with this damn nation, all blacks gotta be Democrats, man we ain’t even made it off the plantation.”, he said.
