Gabrielle Turnquest has become the youngest barrister in the UK by passing the bar exam at only 18 years. Gabrielle, whose family is from the Bahamas, is a record-breaker of sorts, reports Time. She graduated with a degree in psychology from the Liberty University, Virginia US, at the age of 16.

She enrolled at the University of Law in York at age 17 and passed the 600-year old bar exam. Gabrielle can now practice law in the UK, US and Bahamas.

“I just really like finishing things before other people do,” Gabrielle told Time.

Gabrielle plans to study for the American multi-state bar exam and enroll in the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in California, “where she will study to eventually become a fashion law specialist.”
