NAIROBI, Kenya, May 9 \u2013 Kenya Private Sector Alliance has partnered with Factorial HR to support adoption of artificial intelligence in human resource management across Kenyan businesses.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The partnership aims to help companies improve productivity and reduce operational costs by digitising HR processes.<\/p>\n

The initiative will be supported through Factorial\u2019s $10 million AI Acceleration Fund, which will cover up to 50 percent of the cost of implementing the company\u2019s AI-powered HR tools.<\/p>\n

Speaking during a KEPSA members\u2019 breakfast meeting, Mary Ngecha said businesses are under pressure to manage rising costs while remaining competitive.<\/p>\n

She noted that companies need to adopt technology to improve workforce management and productivity.<\/p>\n

According to the World Bank, small and medium-sized enterprises account for more than 80 percent of employment in Kenya and contribute nearly 40 percent of the country\u2019s GDP.<\/p>\n

Factorial\u2019s HR platform is designed for organisations with between 20 and 2,000 employees and includes tools for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, expense tracking and compliance.<\/p>\n

The company said it has established a Nairobi office that will serve as its regional hub for East Africa.<\/p>\n

Francesc Rul\u00b7lan said many Kenyan organisations still struggle with fragmented processes that affect efficiency and competitiveness.<\/p>\n

The partnership comes amid growing interest among businesses in using AI tools to automate operations and improve productivity.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
