{"id":112755,"date":"2026-02-20T15:00:55","date_gmt":"2026-02-20T12:00:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.capitalfm.co.ke\/business\/?p=112755"},"modified":"2026-02-20T14:57:52","modified_gmt":"2026-02-20T11:57:52","slug":"eapc-appoints-two-new-directors-after-kalahari-cement-takeover","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.capitalfm.co.ke\/business\/2026\/02\/eapc-appoints-two-new-directors-after-kalahari-cement-takeover\/","title":{"rendered":"EAPC appoints two new directors after Kalahari Cement takeover"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>NAIROBI, Kenya, Feb 20 \u2013 East African Portland Cement Company (EAPC) has appointed two new directors following its acquisition by Kalahari Cement, a subsidiary of Tanzania\u2019s Amsons Group.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The new appointees are Ahmed Sheikh Adan and Eshak Harunani, who replace State Department for Industry Principal Secretary Juma Mukhwana and Patrick Koinari Ole Tutui.<\/p>\n<p>Adan is a Senior Counsel and Managing Partner at Wetangula, Adan &amp; Co.
