NAIROBI, Kenya, April 2 – Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) set aside Sh1 million for waste management during the just concluded World Rally Championships (WRC) in Kedong, Nakuru County.
The lender says the move was anchored on its commitment to ensuring environmental sustainability.
Its CEO, Paul Russo, asserted that the WRC is an opportunity for Kenya to showcase its relentlessness in upholding a cleaner and more sustainable environment.
”As a responsible corporate citizen, KCB is committed to promoting environmental sustainability and making a positive impact in the communities where we operate. The World Rally Championship presents a unique opportunity for us to contribute towards leaving a lasting legacy of environmental stewardship,” he said.
