Private Company Services rebrands to PwC Private

NAIROBI, Kenya, Sep 8 – Private Company Services (PCS), a business unit under PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) has rebranded its Africa unit to PricewaterhouseCoopers Private (PwC Private).

Offering the same service, the new name differentiates ‘Private’ as a community of trusted business advisors who provide bespoke advice, solutions, and experiences for small, medium, and large businesses.

The need to rebrand was motivated by the growth many companies and brands that are celebrated have witnessed having begun as small family businesses, growing from humble beginnings to the giants they are today.

“There has never been a better time to take things to the next level and at PwC Private, we assist our clients to consistently look ahead as we connect them to the right people, capabilities and technology to get them there wherever ‘there’ may be for them,” said Michael Mugasa, PwC Private Leader for East Market area.

PwC Private distinctive approach to its clients comes in to ensure their business is not merely a job but as a life and future that needs to be maintained to stay ahead of the rest.

The firm has further invited entrepreneurs from various organizations regardless of size and business owners in Africa to be part of the PwC Private Team.

PwC is a network of firms operating in 155 countries, 32 among them being African countries with over 327,000 people who are committed to delivering quality in assurance, advisory and tax services.
