Movenpick Nairobi re-launches Baluba restaurant with new East African menu

NAIROBI, Kenya May 21- Movenpick Hotel & Residences Nairobi has introduced a new menu at its all-day dining restaurant; Baluba, offering a taste of East African/Continental fusion for their guests.

Speaking during the relaunch on Thursday, he hotel’s General Manager – Michael Flint said, “We are thrilled to bring a new concept for our guests to enjoy a variety of Kenyan, Continental and East African dishes, including our signature Mö Burger, Mombasa Prawn Salad, Grilled Salmon Medallion, Fried Tilapia, Carrot Cake, to name a few.”

“Our aim is to excite our loyal guests, attract new ones and satisfy their cravings with comfort food with a twist,” he added.

The Executive Sous Chef: Collins Moki commented, “We are so fortunate to have such a fabulous space and it is a pleasure to introduce these new items in Baluba to ensure our guests continue to enjoy delicious culinary experiences at our hotel. We work together with local suppliers and producers.  With our new menu, guests will enjoy the most sumptuous dishes at affordable prices.” He added.

The hotel has implemented the ALL-Safe Programme, a set of rigorous measures designed to protect and reassure guests that safety measures are adhered to at the hotel to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
