NAIROBI, Kenya, May 15 – The government of Kenya suspended the ban on car age limit to 5 years that was earlier suggested by Cabinet Secretary Trade and Industrialization Peter Munya to start in July.
Before the ban was lifted, the car importers did not receive the information so well as majority complained of the business being affected.
As a result of this, we interviewed Chief Executive Officer and founder Imotorized Limited William who says since the announcement by the CS, the number of customers has reduced.
Initially, he would import close to 20 cars but since the announcement getting to five has become a hustle.
