NAIROBI, Kenya, Dec 14 – Optiven Limited has announced the launch of a Christmas season offer that will see young people acquire land for as little as Sh9,000 per month for four years.

The real estate firm’s CEO George Wachiuri says the Kajiado based project will seeks to reward Kenyans below the age of 40 who have the desire to own property but are faced with money constraints.

“We are giving a few of our young people a chance to acquire a 50 by 100 plot for as little as Sh9,000 per month. The first offer will include a Sh35,000 deposit and Sh9,000 per month for 48 months. The second offer will include a Sh70,000 deposit and Sh20,000 per month for 48 months,” Wachiuri said.

The CEO adds that the Jikamatie Ploti B4 40 offer is the company’s way of giving back to their loyal customers.

Wachiuri says the offer comes at a time when the real estate sector is enjoying recovery following the handshake between President Uhuru Kenyatta and Opposition leader Raila Odinga which has reflected positively on the sector.
