NAIROBI, Kenya, Jul 24 – Airtel has partnered with Jumia to reward their customers with free shopping vouchers for their purchase of Airtel lines across all Airtel shops.
Jumia will also reward Airtel’s existing customers with free vouchers depending on the customer’s credit usage in the previous month.
Effective 24th July, 2018, Airtel customers will get vouchers on various products and services offered on the Jumia online marketplace after purchasing or using Airtel lines.
Airtel customers will have access to more than 2.5 million deals on the website and nationwide delivery of the products.
“At Airtel, we are committed to working with like-minded individuals and organizations such as Jumia that espouse our values which are anchored on offering our customers value for money services and convenience,” said Airtel Kenya CEO Prasanta Das Sarma.
Airtel customers spending from Sh500 and above within a month in the promotion period will be awarded vouchers of between Sh100 and Sh250.
Jumia Kenya CEO, Sam Chappatte said the partnership is an opportunity to reward their customers and introduce many of them to online shopping.
