Jubilee Insurance acquires latest global ISO certification

Jubilee Insurance CEO Patrick Tumbo with the COMPANY’S ISO Champions

Nairobi, Kenya, May 8 – Jubilee Insurance Kenya has announced it has met the requirements for recertification under the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

This marks a transition from a former ISO 9001:2008 standard which the company has maintained for over a decade.

The transition to the new higher standard will take effect from 2018 to 2021.

The company is amongst the first insurance companies in Kenya to transition to this latest ISO global standard which provides confidence to all stakeholders on its quality management systems.

Jubilee Insurance CEO Patrick Tumbo says this is a major accomplishment for the company.

“To attain ISO 9001:2015 certification illustrates our commitment to offering quality products and services to our clients.”

To maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification and achieve continuous improvement, Jubilee Insurance management, through its internal lead auditors will conduct regular audits and management review meetings to ensure quality standards are delivered to all stakeholders.
