Also in the offing is an exclusive hire purchase service that will be available at the store and dial-a-service facility.

NAIROBI, Kenya, Mar 29 – Samsung Electronics East Africa has opened an experiential store at Two Rivers Mall.

The state-of-the-art-store will see customers try out both mobile and consumer electronic devices, especially the interaction between the products through the revolutionary internet- of- things connectivity.

Vice President and Managing Director, Samsung Electronics East Africa, Jung Hyun Park said that the new premium store would go a long way in giving consumers a glimpse of Samsung’s innovative device convergence.

“At Samsung, our vision is guided by the desire to understand what people need and want; then we push the limits of what technology can do; and finally, we add design that makes our innovation more relevant to everybody’s lives, so that we can give people new experiences through aspirational products and services. By having both mobile and consumer electronics products at the brand shop it offers the opportunity to our consumers to experience this,” Parks says.

Also in the offing is an exclusive hire purchase service that will be available at the store and dial-a-service facility.

Samsung Electronics East Africa has in the past two years concentrated on improving the way customers interact with their products in the East African market by focusing on expanding their footprint by creating more convenient and premium buying experiences for all consumers.

“The new experience stores provide us with an opportunity to showcase how the technology at Samsung can be integrated to offer daily personal and business solutions. At Samsung, we are committed to providing the most innovative and exciting shopping experience for our customers. We will be able to offer a unique shopping experience tailored to our customers’ needs as well as giving them access to our wide portfolio products,” concluded Park.
