Here is a list of more items that you have probably neglected to clean :
Garbage cans and bins
Sure, you empty the trash when the paper is full, but when is the last time you actually scrubbed the inside and outside of your bin/can?
Dish sponge and kitchen rack
According to a survey, your kitchen sponge is 200,000 times dirtier than the toilet seat! Imagine that! If your dish sponge is over a month old, it is time to toss it. Anything that stands in water tends to stink after a while. Make sure you clean your dish rack thoroughly at least once a week.
Toilet bowl handle
Cleaning your toilet regularly with disinfectant is not enough to ensure cleanliness. Wipe down the handle with disinfectant every time you clean out your toilet.
Ice Trays
If your ice tastes funny, chances are that it is the trays and not the water that is the culprit.

Make up brushes
Brushing bacteria onto your face with every stoke of application may not be what you are thinking every time you are getting dolled up, but it is sadly exactly what you are doing. Clean your brushes out twice a month to avoid transferring bacteria.
Cleaning these tiny items every so often will ensure that you live in a healthy, nearly germ-free home.
