NAIROBI, Kenya, Jun 2 – I&M Bank has extended its network footprint to 35 fully fledged branches with the formal opening of its Nanyuki and Nairobi Cross Road branches this week.

The opening of the two branches is part of a strategic effort by the Bank to enhance its customer delivery capacity and experience.

Speaking at the recent opening of the I&M Bank Cross Road Branch in Downtown Nairobi, I&M Bank Kenya Managing Director Kihara Maina said the physical branch expansion strategy, has been designed to complement the Bank’s robust investment on digital banking platforms.
