Pillows and Throws

Everyone loves a good comfy pillow. They make the seats more welcoming and ultimately add more warmth and color to any room. They will even make your living room look more inviting.

Vases and Centerpieces

Flowers are still in. They add more freshness to a room and serve to brighten it up a bit. Keep your flowers fresher for longer by adding a spoon of sugar to the water in the vase. These should keep them looking alive for a while longer.

Lights and lampshades

Forget the central chandelier in the house. That’s just one source of light. Add little lampshades around the house, even in the bedroom for your night stand. Not too many though, just enough. You do not want to clutter your house in the process.

Knobs and Pulls

Forget the old fashioned circular knobs, having a bit of statement on something as normal as a door can really transform the feel of the entire room.

Pictures and Paintings

Here you can really show off your inner creative by arranging pictures of your family’s beautiful moments in a really nice arrangement. You could also invest in a nice painting, nothing too pricey but not too cheap either.

There is plenty of ways to accessorize your home. You do not need to pay a ton of money for your home to look beautiful, all it takes is just a little bit of creativity.
