NAIROBI, Kenya, Jul 14 – Three billionaires who take part in American television series ‘Shark Tank‘ will be in Nairobi next Friday to join other entrepreneurs from across the globe in the Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES).

The three who will be among speakers in the summit are Daymond John, founder and President of FUBU fashion line, Barbara Corcoran, founder of Barbara Corcoran Venture Partners, as well as Mark Cuban who is an investor, film producer, and owner of the basketball team Dallas Mavericks.

The ‘Shark Tank‘ TV series features a panel of potential investors called “sharks” who consider offers from aspiring entrepreneurs seeking investments for their business or product.

The show which premiered in 2009 has a worldwide viewership including in Kenya.

The mega event which is taking part for the first time in Kenya and Sub- Saharan Africa will officially be graced by US President Barrack Obama and is likely to give Kenya a global attention.

It is estimated that there will be 1,500 investors from across the globe attending the GES.
