Position: Business Centre Administrator

, We are a leading and reputable property development and management company that develops and manages its own portfolio of properties. We are seeking a self-driven and passionate fresh graduate with minimal experience in office administration.   Reporting to the General Manager, the Business Centre Administrator will be responsible for the following:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Marketing and direct renting of serviced offices at the Business Centre
  • Maintaining outstanding levels of public relations and providing high-quality customer service to the tenants
  • Rent collection – Billing & following up tenants to pay their rent on time
  • Ensuring high occupancy rates at the Business Center at all times to boost income levels
  • Ingenuity: Ability to introduce new ideas in day to day running of the Business Centre
  • Ensuring prompt payment of rents and other amounts Overall management of the Business Centre including giving periodic progress reports to senior management
  • Using content management systems to maintain and update website and internal databases
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure that business center offices and all utilities are in good working condition
  • Perform any other duties that may be allocated by the Senior Management

Qualifications and Experience

In order to be considered for the above position, all applicants should have;

  • A Bachelors degree Business Administration or related field, having attained a minimum of B+ in KCSE
  • At least 2 years’ experience in administration
  • Highly organized with good planning skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands
  • Be a team player with good interpersonal skills and client relationship management skills
  • Self motivation, resilience and high integrity
  • Tact and discretion
  • Knowledge of basic maintenance and letting procedures will be an added advantage
