Regional Sales Manager
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be required to:-
- Direct and oversee a region’s sales function for products, services and projects
- Identify and develop the region’s new customers and explore new channels for distribution of products
- Direct and coordinate the region’s marketing functions / activities
- Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods and results
- Promote positive relations with partners, vendors and distributors
- Oversee and coordinate activities of the region’s sales staff
- Other duties as assigned by General Manager
This position reports to the General Manager Kenya
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
- Bsc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing
- Atleast 5 years of proven sales / marketing experience in a technical field
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Dynamic, self-driven, focused, disciplined team player
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
- Experience in customer relationship building
- Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in planning marketing / sales strategies
- Driver’s licence
