The plant dubbed X-tread contains a fleet solutions division, a training school and a retread plant.

AutoXpress Managing Director Sandeep Shah says the retread tyres will be cost effective and will meet the growing and more sophisticated fleet clientele.

“By the beginning of 2013 it was increasingly clear to us that should we wish to sustain the rapid growth we needed to introduce a cost effective retread tyre solution that would meet and exceed the expectations of a growing clientele,” Shah said.

The retread plant consist of a state of the art precision engineered European equipment and superior quality retread rubber that assures a retread product that is equivalent in performance and safety to that of brand new premium tyres.

In addition to retreated tyres, the company will also be offering other fleet solutions that include Energizer Automotive Batteries, high performance lubricants among others.

AutoXpress has also introduced a new range of 01 series premium Pirelli truck tyres.

The new dedicated training facility will be offering customers and staff both theoretical and practical courses on tyres, wheels, batteries, suspension parts, lubricants, filters among others.

“The course will be based on current best practices utilized by word class workshops and garages assuring high productivity and total safety,” he said.
