KCB full year 2011 results

The directors have resolved to recommend to members at the forthcoming forty first annual general meeting a first and final dividend for the year 2011 of Sh1.85 per share to be paid on or about Friday, 18th June, 2012, to shareholders registered at the close of business on Monday, 21st May 2012. The register of members shall be closed for one day on Tuesday, 22nd May, 2012 for the purpose of processing the dividend.
