Apps to keep fit and get closer to God

January 19, 2011 – The first weeks of the New Year are just hard. January all of a sudden has 6 weeks and each one seems exactly like the last. The problems Kenyans go through at the time are almost always the exact same every year – government style!

You know what I’m talking about if you’re not in the 2% of the population that actually over-indulged with JANUARY on their minds.

Out of shape, out of pocket and out of sorts because you can hardly remember what happened over Christmas and the New Year, and because you need Divine guidance as you start the next 12 months.

Good. That’s sorted. So why is it important that we talk about this? And where does Ovi come in?

“The Ovi Store has apps that will assist you meet your ‘keep fit’ objectives not only physically but also financially and spiritually throughout 2011. This is important because they help prompt discipline on how to maintain weight loss and boost endurance during exercise. There are also lots of tips to learn about how to make ends meet including how to track one’s expenses daily,” says Dorothy Ooko, Nokia’s Communications Manager East & Southern Africa.

Having it on the phone makes it impossible for you to give yourself excuses, especially since in Kenya not having a cell phone is like being naked.

“The fact that this is available on your Nokia makes it easy as keeping fit involves moving around-for those looking for who will be exercising. Most importantly, Ovi apps have wonderful tips on how to cope with all these with considerable peace of mind. These apps will, in essence, help you keep the physical, financial and spiritual journey consistent.”
