Nakumatt points to pay school fees

NAIROBI, Kenya, Dec 31 – As the festive season draws to a close and the back to school rush begins, Nakumatt Holdings has announced the start of its unique Smart Points redemption program for school fees cheques and assorted household goods.

The unique redemption programme which is one of the numerous benefits extended to loyal Nakumatt Smart card holders will now see the shoppers redeem their accumulated Smart points for school fees cheques drawn in favour of the shopper\’s school of choice.

Besides school fees cheques, Nakumatt Smart Card Holders can also redeem their accumulated smart points in exchange for gift vouchers and products available at all Nakumatt Branches regionally.

Speaking in Nairobi, Nakumatt Holdings Managing Director Atul Shah confirmed that the firm has now embarked on the project to assist their loyal customers ahead of the expected back to school rush, which comes hot on the heels of the festive season shopping rush.

While commenting on the firm\’s Smart Points redemption plan for school fees programme, Shah explained that the programme is open to all shoppers including those who may not necessarily have school going children but who may choose to redeem their points in favour of their domestic staffers, extended family members or other needy friend.

"The Nakumatt Smart Points for School fees redemption programme is an effective avenue to extend your gratitude to your neighbor, domestic staff, or even colleague and will go a long way in relieving them of their school fees burden," Shah noted.

And added: "all Nakumatt Smart Card holders are encouraged to routinely redeem their accumulated points at every start of a school term as part of their value added benefits for shopping at Nakumatt."

Over the just concluded festive season, Nakumatt Smart Card Holders have been earning quadruple instant smart card points against their shopping values on purchase of selected products.

Besides the promotion, Nakumatt customers have also been earning double points on all their normal purchases effectively making all Smart shoppers instant winners.

Nakumatt loyal Smart Card shoppers of more than 500,000 enjoy various additional promotion benefits, which include discounts, earning extra points on purchase of products and higher redemption value for products during offer period. In addition, with Nakumatt Visa card, customers can now earn points whenever they use their credit cards worldwide.
