World Bank officials skip lawmakers meet over KKV

NAIROBI, Kenya, Nov 3 — World Bank officials have for the second time in a row failed to appear for a meeting with members of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) over the alleged scam involving Kazi Kwa Vijana funds.
