NAIROBI, April 13 – A record Sh32 million will be up for grabs for this weekend’s SportPesa jackpot, which will be the second highest ever amount.

The highest jackpot was Sh36,427,564, two months ago, where four gentlemen shared the fortune.

If one winner manages to pick all 13 matches correctly after the final match on Sunday between Monaco and Marseille in the French Ligue 1, he will be the highest ever individual jackpot winner.

Last month, two people shared the jackpot equally totaling to Sh20,678,253.

This week’s Jackpot is pegged on the four top leagues in Europe namely, English Premier League, Italy Serie A, Lal Liga and Ligue 1.

“Participants need to place their Jackpot bets via SMS to the short code 79079 or through the web on www.sportpesa.com, before the first Jackpot game starts to play on Saturday at 5pm. After the last game on Sunday which starts at 10pm, we could be having a winner!” said a representative from SportPesa.

“Everybody has a chance to win this Jackpot of 32 Million, not only football lovers but also any other person who is keen to make a fortune through betting, whether it’s a teacher, farmer, mechanic or a corporate executive,” she added.

The big games among the 13 jackpot matches include Chelsea’s home match against Manchester City in the English Premier League on Saturday night, Malaga playing at home to Athletic Bilbao and a cracker in the French Ligue 1 pitting Olympique Marseille away to Monaco.
