LONDON, October 30- Chelsea midfielder Ramires has committed his future to the club until 2019 after putting pen to a new contract.
Then Brazilian joined Chelsea from Benfica in 2010 for a fee believed to be in the region of €22 million, and has gone on to make 241 appearances for the Blues.
During his time at Stamford Bridge, the 28-year-old has claimed a full house of trophies, winning the Premier League, Champions League, Europa League, FA Cup and League Cup
“I am very happy to sign a new contract with Chelsea,” Ramires told the club’s official website.
“My family and I are very happy here in London and in the past five years the club has lifted every major trophy. I hope to be an important part of many more successes in the next four years.”
