NAIROBI, June 9-National rugby 15s head coach, Jerome Paarwater has retained faith with the squad that whipped Portugal 41-15 as the team departs for their Africa Cup away clash in Zimbabwe.

Loose forwards, Lawrence Buyachi and Davis Chenge have been recalled to the Simbas squad in the only additions to the team that rolled over the fancied Europeans on May 30 at Nairobi’s RFUEA Grounds.

Buyachi, 27 and Chenge replace Martin Owillah and Emmanuel Mavala while Kabras front row Duncan Mwangi misses out on the Harare journey in the squad named by the South African boss Tuesday.

Buyachi last featured for the Simbas in 2012, the intervening years seeing him blighted by injury but the Top Fry Nakuru back row has since undergone reconstructive surgery and will make his first appearance in a Kenya shirt under Paarwater.

Chenge,23, from Kakamega’s Western Bulls last donned national colors in July 2014, featuring during the 34-0 win over Madagascar in last year’s competition which doubled up as a RWC 2015 qualifier.
