Brazil football head coach Dunga given Rio Olympics Games job

RIO DE JANEIRO, May 9- Brazil coach Dunga will be in charge of his country’s team at the Rio Olympics next year, the Brazilian Football Confederation said Saturday.

Dunga, who had said that he preferred to concentrate only on taking Brazil to the 2018 World Cup in Russia, takes over from Alexandre Gallo.

Gallo had been coach of the Olympic and under-20 teams for the last two years.

Brazil have never won an Olympic Games football gold medal.
