LONDON, June 10- Juventus are reportedly on the verge of completing a deal with Manchester United for France international defender Patrice Evra.
The full-back has spent the last eight years at Old Trafford after joining from Monaco for £5million, and has gone on to help lead the side to five Premier League titles, as well as their 2008 Champions League success.
Evra, who was part of the France squad that made the 2014 World Cup quarter-finals this month, had put pen to a one-year contract extension with the Red Devils in May, but it appears the English giants have accepted an offer from the Italian champions.
Reports now suggest Evra has already undergone a medical in Turin and his move to the Serie A is expected to be completed by Thursday evening.
