Kiptoo, Jeptoo shine in Paris

PARIS, France, April 10- Benjamin Kiptoo and Priscah Jeptoo completed the Kenyan double at the Paris Marathon on Sunday.Kiptoo completed the 42.2-kilometer race in the unofficial time of 2:06:30. Compatriot Bernard Kipyego finished second, 45 seconds behind.
Priscah Jeptoo captured the women’s race in the unofficial time of 2:22:52, ahead of Agnes Kiprop. It was the first Kenyan double at the event since 2003 when Michael Rotich and Beatrice Omwanza won the men and women races.
