For the period after the announcement of the results of the first elections as contemplated by Section 2 of the Sixth Schedule to the Constitution, the Authority shall submit the progress report to Parliament and to the relevant County Assemblies and County Executives Committees.

It is very gratifying that public education on county
governments is included in the County Transition Authority (CTA) mandate.

I wonder if the structures thus created, with public
funds, can also be used for general civic education?

To detribalize Kenyan politics, there is dire need to explain
to people that they should vote for their own individual interests because
there is no such thing as tribal interest any more.
