NAIROBI, Kenya, Sep 19 – The Supreme Court will tomorrow at 10 am deliver, in full, its reasons for voiding President Uhuru Kenyatta’s August 8 election victory.
Two of the six judges who were of a different mind will also detail their reasons for opposing the action.
It is hoped the detailed judgement will set the record straight on a number of issues concerning the repeat presidential poll it ordered on September 1.
It will however be delivered under the shadow of an assault on the integrity of the four judges who voted in favour of a repeat exercise.
