Malombe’s petiton/CFM
NAIROBI, Kenya, Sep 8 – Former Kitui Governor Julias Malombe has moved to court to challenge the election of Charity Ngilu as governor.
In the petition, Malombe has cited Ngilu as the first respondent with Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission being the second respondent.
Kitui County Returning Officer Gogo Nguma has been named as the third respondent.
Malombe had expressed concern that the results that were displayed on the IEBC portal were not corroborated.
