NAIROBI, Kenya, May 13- Wiper party has for the second time been barred by the Political Parties Dispute Tribunal from presenting Wavinya Ndeti’s name to Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) as their gubernatorial candidate for Machakos county.
The Tribunal heard that the number of voters who reportedly voted exceeds the Wiper registered members in the county.
There were equally allegations of vote stuffing and rigging in the repeat poll.
The ruling comes a day to the deadline for the political parties to present the names of their candidates.
If approved, Wavinya will face the incumbent Dr Alfred Mutua.
