NAIROBI, Kenya, Dec 13 – The Form 1 selection for national and extra county schools has been completed and all qualified candidates admitted to secondary schools.

Education Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang’i said Tuesday all candidates who obtained 400 marks and above have been admitted to national schools.

The rest who got less than 400 marks will be admitted to extra county, county and sub-county schools.

Candidates and parents are advised to check the Education Ministry’s website www.education.go.ke to download their admission letters or send a text message to 20042 to know the schools the students have been admitted to.

He has also announced plans to increase the capacity in secondary schools to be able to accommodate more candidates.
