NAIROBI, Kenya, Dec 9- The man who shot and wounded the owner of the popular K’osewe Ranalo Foods restaurant William Osewe was on Friday arraigned in court.
Tom Oywa Mboya denied two counts of attempted murder by shooting Osewe in the stomach and chest.
Magistrate Charity Oluoch warned Mboya against going anywhere near the restaurant and where the incident took place so as not to interfere with ongoing investigations.
He was released on a cash bail of 300,000 shillings pending the mention of the case on December 23 when further directions will be given.
The court was told that police are yet to record a statement from Osewe, who is under the Intensive Care Unit at the hospital, following last week’s incident that occurred at Garden estate.
