, NAIROBI, Kenya, Oct 1 – Kisumu West Member of the County Assembly Paul Odhiambo who is said to have been kidnapped has resurfaced.

Odhiambo reported to the Rongo Police Station later on Friday.

Before his abduction, he had been seen late Thursday and there had been fears he may have been kidnapped by his rivals due to his firm stand on governance issues at the County Assembly.

The locals stormed and burnt the house of an officer working in the County Government of Kisumu after he was accused of having a hand in the disappearance of the MCA.
