NAIROBI, Kenya, Oct 26- Former Capital FM Jam Presenter Grace Makosewe is dead.

The former presenter was found dead inside her apartment at 6pm on Tuesday evening in Golf Course Phase II estate within Ngumo.

Kilimani Police boss Peter Katam told Capital News that the matter was reported by her cousin, who had left her in the morning before heading to work.

Katam says her body had no physical injuries though a probe has been launched to establish the cause of her death.

“We are equally concerned and we want to know whether there was anyone seen around the place at that time and whether she had confrontations with anyone,” Katam said.

Her body was taken to Umash Funeral Home ahead of a postmortem exercise, in a bid to unravel the mystery in her death.

Some of her former colleagues at Capital FM Kenya has described Makosewe as a loving, warm and wonderful person.

“She was just an amazing person,” Nana Gathoni said of her. “It is sad that we have lost her.”

Makosewe was also a jack of all trades.

“She was good in almost everything … talk of fashion, events and so on,” Gathoni pointed out.

Here is what Hits Not Home Work presenter Suleiman Munyua aka Solo have to say about Makosewe; “Grace Makosewe AKA Grenyo…That’s what I called her! She was the only person with a voice loud enough to drown mine!

She was a beautiful, free spirit, ever happy and smiling and when things got serious, she would take charge with the “Ninja Charm.” She loved to dress up and the finer things in life!

You are my Ninja;”she would always tell me.

Her passing has hit us all HARD!

I can literally still hear her having a go at Cess on the Jam …… Her laugh was so infectious she would leave half the office in stitches by simply laughing!

Grenyo; My Ninja, we are not too far behind you! I will miss you! When you get to Heaven; Put in a good word for us all! #GonetooSoon!”

“I’m terribly confused,” one of the Capital FM producers Danny Munyi said of the sad news.
