, NAIROBI, Kenya, Sep 29 – A Nigerian deported from Kenya twice over drug trafficking has been arrested.

The man identified as Emmanuel Peter was arrested at Obama Estate off Kangundo Road on Wednesday night.

Police say the Nigerian will be arraigned in court Thursday with plans already underway to send him back to his country once the court process is concluded.

He was arrested and deported together with Anthony Chinedu in June 2013 over drug trafficking offences.
But he sneaked back in September after a few months in one of the estate in eastlands.
