, NAIROBI, Kenya, Jun 5 – Police have arrested a British man whom they accuse of killing a Kenyan woman in Karen area, Nairobi.

Police were called by medical attendants from Karen Hospital, after the 53 year-old man took the body of the woman there, claiming she had committed suicide.
