Murkomen said the leaders and other individuals had hijacked the death of Juma for selfish political reasons with the hope of using it in the 2017 General Election.
He said some of the individuals in CORD and their supporters had met to hatch a plot to use the death to malign the Deputy President.
Murkomen said the Opposition was using the death of Juma for political reasons to shore up their waning careers.
The Senator told Opposition leader Raila Odinga to be a responsible citizen and present evidence he claims to have on the murder of Juma to police for further investigation.
“It is the responsibility of any citizen to present evidence to law enforcers,” he said.
Murkomen accused Odinga for using Jacob Juma to spread propaganda with a hope that it will endear him to Kenyans ahead of next year’s elections.
“Do not hide behind other people’s timelines,” he added.
Sang said the Opposition leaders and their surrogates are tarnishing Ruto’s name because they know his ability and energy in campaigns to popularize the Jubilee administration.
He echoed the Deputy President’s sentiments that the opposition should share any information they have on the death of the businessman with the police.
“If you have information on the death of Jacob Juma take it to the necessary investigating institution,” said Sang.
The Deputy President said the government is upgrading infrastructure in schools to ensure children have access to quality education.
